“Black box” for anonymous complaints and suggestions
Our university has installed a “black box” for anonymous complaints and suggestions. It is designed to allow students to safely and freely report any issues they face, as well as share ideas for improving the learning process and campus infrastructure. All submissions are reviewed regularly, and the information received is used to enhance the quality of learning conditions and the student environment.
